Rates are for up to 4 guests

Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Additional Guests are $15.00, per guest, per night. Minimum two-night stay.

A 15’ Alumacraft with trolling motor, depth finder with lake water chip, live well, 25hp Evinrude is available for an additional $600.00 per week.

A 14’ aluminum boat is available for an additional $60.00 per week.

A 7 1/2 or 9-horse motor is available for an additional $130.00 per week.

A 20’ pontoon boat with a 35 HP motor is available. It features all new seats and a depth finder. Weight capacity is 1200 lbs. It rents for $550 per week, or $165 per day.

We also offer a 22’ Fisherman’s style pontoon boat. It features 4 swivel seats for fishing, a brand new Hummin Bird 778 ci Depth Finder with GPS and Lake Master Chip, which allows you to see exactly where you are on the lake in reference with the structure on the lake floor - VERY COOL!! It also features a privacy curtain and two anchors and life preserves. This fishing machine comes with a 50 HP 4 stroke motor with trim and tilt. It rents for $700 per week, or $190 per day.

All boats with motors come filled with premium gas. All guests are required to return the boats filled with premium gas. Spare tanks to refill the boats are supplied for your convenience.

Additional persons may be added for $15.00 per person per night.

Rates include all linens.

Guests assume all risks and responsibility for any damage, breakage, loss or injury incurred on, in or around the premises or lake as a result of the use of the facilities.

Deposits:

A $100.00 deposit is required for each week of your stay. A deposit of $50.00 is required for weekends or partial weeks.

Cancellations:

In the event you must cancel, a six week notice is required for a refund.

Payment:

Full payment is required no less than one month prior to your stay. We currently do not accept credit cards.

Pets:

North Twin Retreat has a strict no pets policy.

Liability:

Guests assume all responsibility for any damage, breakage, loss or injury incurred in, on, or around the premises or lake as a result of the use of these facilities.
